X3 PHEV Lease Details

Received the attached in SoCal for a custom order X3 PHEV (i.e. xDrive 30e). Dealer noted that there's no lease credit or other loyalty credits available yet (car was ordered just a day ago). My thoughts are that the $2K off MSRP seems low, while the MF seems about right (I would pay max MSDs to lower it). Would love to get everyone else's thoughts, of course! Thank you!

Here's the details from the attached (36 months, 10K miles):

MSRP: $63,070.00
Savings: $2,000
Cap cost: $61,070
Tax: $2,839.82
Dealer/state fees: $810
Total Price: $64,719.82
Customer Cash: $3,000
Net residual: $35,949.90
Drive off: 3,000

MF: 0.001370
Residual: 57%
Cash Down vs. Monthly payment: (1) $3000 -- $901.82; (2) $4,000 -- 871.80, (3) $5,000 -- $841.78; (4) $6,000 -- $811.76

They haven't even been allocated yet, no HEA demos assigned to dealers.

what about tax credits if you lease? You should get a bit more off this price if leasing and getting credits.

Delivery date of leased vehicle

What have you been told regarding the delivery date of your leased vehicle. And how many miles a year are you allowed?

The first allocations came out this week. There are 340-some odd BMW Centers in the US. 255 X3 xDr30e TOTAL were allocated.

MANY dealers did not get allocated a single x3 xDr30e PHEV. Period. $2k off MSRP seems low?????????????????? I don't even believe that.

Big discounts unlikely as supply:demand always dictates market price.

Here is an actual locate.

63K for a 30e? That's the price of a pretty well equipped M40i (everything except big wheels and M diff)
