Alignment shops?

What are some good alignment shops either in State Island (New York) or New Jersey that you guys use!? I know there's a certain procedure and don't want joe-schmoo doing it. Worst comes to worst I'll shell out the $220 for a quality alignment at Paul Miller. I've learned with this car that you get what you pay for, and when it comes to driving Dynamics I don't mind shelling out.

I've had very good luck with Firestone stores believe it or not! Very good jobs on our ZHP and MINI.

Really? Do they use weights and recenter the wheel? Or do you not know the answer? Just curious and not trying to save much, just want to make the most of my money.

Nothing magical about aligning a Bimmer; heck the only front end adjustment is "toe in", rear more complex. If shop has good technicians you should be fine.

You might post on E39 forum and likely get more responses re: local shop.

TBH i used my dealer, they where bang on the nose, they may have been more than a "jims wrench shop" but I had some bad experiences
with those kinda shops.

I don't drive a BMW and be forced to eat spam, and save pennies in my penny jar for my next oil change LOLZ
If I wanted to do that I'da bought a Camry
