ctek battery tender charger 3300 or better.

ctek battery tender charger 3300 or better.
There are newer models now. The one I have
is a 3.4 I think.
I would get the Carly app if you are in a hurry and want
something portable . It goes on your cell phone also allows
coding and battery registration.
If you have time and are computer savvy get a coding setup
and Rhiengold ista See the coding boards.

Any 12v trickle charger will be fine to charge the battery.

I bought an Innova with a Craftsman label from Sears which is really an Innova model I can't recall at the moment. It does all the things the other do including a "fix assist" feature, secondary codes and ABS diagnostics which has worked perfectly. It also links to my PC which holds reports, fix assist and cost estimates.

I bought it from Sears for two reasons I needed it asap and how Sears handles guarantees.

The things worked easily.

I almost forgot I paid $166.00 for it.

Carly is subscription service yes its for BMW's .
I don't know about the other one.
There is nothing better than BMW Standard Tools and Ista D and its
cheap if you have the technical ability to set it up on a PC.
Its BMW software developed by BMW.
50 bucks for the cable from Bimmergeeks and there downloads.

You can buy those cheap bluetooth dongle for under 30 bucks but there not
BMW specific .
