BMW F34 GT Air intake

Hi guys,

I need some help from you with finding an Air Intake for my BMW f34 320d gt..

Been looking on the internet for about 3-5 days now.

Cannot find anything that would fit into my car. It's a norwegian car, and there are no parts to find here or any sort of help from local mechanics...

Does any of you know of any intakes that fits my car?

I was looking at this one here even tho it says this one does not fit my car>
https://www.bimmerworld.com/Intake-F...328i-428i.html

Best regards,
Jakub

Edit//
I've found also this one here later on: https://burgertuning.com/products/bm...ormance-intake
Which should fit into a F34 GT but a 335i/x model not a 320D does that have a huge meaning for me?

I had the same concern with our 2014 335 GT. Most of the available F3X intake systems seemed to exclude or not specify the F34. However the Injen one did fit our car.

The first link(bimmerworld) you posted to an Injen system seems to include fitment for F34 320 so I think you will be OK with that one, The second link(burger tuning) is for the N55 motor in a 335 and will not work for you.

Do you expect a benefit from an aftermarket air intake? You will realize no benefit beyond satisfying an impulse.

Good point Doug,
If the only change you make is the intake system I doubt you will notice any performance benefit. The car will be louder as you will hear the intake, but it is not going to be any faster. You would have to add a number of other modifications to notice a horsepower increase.

Intakes will not add any performance to a diesel engine. The current setup provides all the air the engine can use.

Thanks for all your replies first of all guys.

I have so far changed the exhaust system to a sport one, as well as it is chipped. So the car got some horsepower increase.

So now I was thinking of changing the air intake to provide possibly better air flow.
