ED factory tour reservation question

OK I have a production number, I have a confirmed pickup date 10/13. I emailed the Welt as instructed on the ED paperwork/welcome packet I got to reserve space for the tour and got a vague email back saying a few bits of information were required from the dealer before I could reserve the tour...but no mention of exactly what that might be. emailed the dealer today they are looking into it but any ideas what that might be so I can expedite the process?

I think they just need your production number. Reply with that and ask if they need anything else. I find the Welt responds within a day.

yeah, did you not give them the production number in your first email?

I email them then got the confirmation of my tour the next day

Thanks, yeah I did give them the prod number, apparently the hold up is they had not scheduled my delivery time yet. so thats done all is well.
