Dinan Air Box for the F15/F85 - QUESTION

First, this thing seems really expensive for what it is...a couple of air filters and a cover. That said, I have a question about it.

It shows a considerable top end HP gain (25hp) and Dinan isnt in the habit of overstating their gains on parts updates. So that alone is interesting. That said, does anybody happen to know if the filters themselves will work inside the stock box? I think the CF box cover is a waste of money, but if the filters fit, Id invest in those.

Hoping someone may know the answer.

Thanks!

Some F85 owner on the other board did some testing and only saw a 10 hp gain over stock. Not worth it, unless you're into that CF bling

the big question I have though, is did the filters fit in the stock cover? If it did its all of 250 bucks and worth it.

Thanks - for 1200 bucks, not a chance. My question is a little different though - Did they mention if the filters fit in the stock cover? If they did its all of 250 bucks and worth it. Any chance that was mentioned?
