I just ordered a 2018 and the heated rear seats and heated steering wheel are separate options.

They said a big revamp was coming, to make it easier. In a way they did, but now there are so many more packages and overlap of options, that its also more confusing. The exec package is nice and a good deal. Curious when the site gets updated in 1-2 months to know if I calc'ed it right, but a 2017 79k I priced out only seems to be $75k now....

What numbers are you getting in terms of %off MSRP when ordering new 18s?

Any idea if you can get the M-Sport package (ZMP) with the 3rd row selected (4UB)? In the pricing guide, it says "4UB cannot be ordered with ZDH and ZMP". ZDH is the Dynamic Handling Package.

Thanks

Thanks

It says AND not OR.
You can get mSport with 3rd row, but you cannot get mSport with Dynamic Handling Package if you want 3rd row. You can add dynamic damper whatever that is, but you get rear air suspension w/3rd row.

Anyway, you can't get 3rd row at all on the website, and the packages are not listed properly, let's see when they will fix it.

Thanks, I know I was able to build the 2017 with it. Wasn't sure if they changed something with the 2018.

Someone should update the pricing guide for 2018. The one attached is not current.

What's wrong with current guides?

Dealer sent me same guides which are posted here.

Doesn't match the build site on bmwusa.com. For example, the Ivory White Nappa Design Package is $3100 on the build site, but the attached pricing guide says $1950.

Seeing more discrepancies as well:

1) Guide lists Premium package as still available and required to get Comfort Access and Sirius XM. Configurator no longer has it as an option.

2) Guide shows the Executive package as including the Digital Dash and Parking Assistant, Configurator does not.

Dealer working now to try to figure out what is correct...

Confirmed that the website/configurator is wrong on both counts. Dealers are using the ordering/pricing guides, as expected.

Edit--confusion resolved. Both are correct but the options are now eliminated based on the initial M-Sport selection, with the exception of the Digital Instrument Cluster option--which does not show on the Configurator as part of the Executive package at all.
