Check your new BMW FS credit card account

BMW FS has handed over their credit card operations to a new carrier, Elan Financial. Elan changes the statement closing date, which therefore changes the payment due date.

Can't speak to BMW FS but audi FS is proving to be terribly run based on my experience. Bought a CPO A6 a couple months ago and their site and operations are a mess.

THe BMW credit cards used to suck. I never could get a straight answer from them what the rebate rate was. But, that changed about three years ago. In about 18 months, I racked up $1200 in rebates toward Frau Putzer's X3, and then got another $500 for having the Signature card ($75 annual fee) and financing through BMW FS. They once sent me a deal that I'd get 10% rebates on anything for a six day period. I was on a trip at the time, and I racked up $6k in charges in those six days.

The new card doesn't have the 20% discount on BMW driving schools, or the $500 credit for leasing or financing a BMW anymore, though.

Yeah the old bait and switch. Buried in the legalize is their right to change terms and conditions anytime they want...

My issues with Audi FS are the following: Bought CPO '16 A6 mid feb. Love the car but that's not the point here haha. Financed a bit of it thru Audi ($250mo pmt). As soon as I received their packet in the mail (couple weeks after purchase) I enrolled autopay. Turns out that didn't come thru on their end so I get a call from their collection dept this wknd past saying I'm 2 pmts behind (march and april). April hasn't even happened yet. Tried calling today and was on hold for 30min before hanging up....sent them an email and crickets as of right now. My payments due are sitting out there with late fees. My online profile says I have successfully enrolled in autopay. Sorry this was so long...frustrating. A friend recently leased a new Q3 and has had similar probs with autopay.

I'm sure it'll get resolved but abysmal website/customer service from Audi FS...

I havenít had an issue, and when BMWFS switched to Elan, with that came some perks. I donít mind them at all.
