!!! job offer !!! Thinking things over now, but the benefits are identical to AOL's now, the job sounds challenging but interesting, and it'd be a 33% raise So... probably taking it.

I was pretty let down by the RCR video of Joey's M... he could have harped on a lot of the E36 shortcomings and then talked about how that generation of M3 came to be after the E30, etc etc. This felt like he was trying too hard and didn't know what to say. The guy's not an idiot, he's reviewed other cars and given more history and humor (i.e. the Miata). Just... sigh.

I tried to watch that video with the biggest grain of salt I could find. Didn't work. I still wanted to punch that assbag right in the face every time he opened his mouth.

Joey the car looks great. I watched it a second time with the volume on mute. The video is exponentially better that way.

Ps I hope you told him to that's how a real clutch feels. The clutch in his echo is designed for 4-year-olds with fisher price cars.

It wasn't exactly by choice. My e36 got hit in the rear and totaled....

Liking it mucho so far! The N52 engine has tons of low end torque and really pulls strong. Kinda holding my breath for down the road on the valvetronic system hoping it doesn't turn into a maintenance nightmare.......

No, unfortunately that one didn't pan out. I have a feeling they went with someone who had more experience than I did in the field.

This is with a corporate advisory company (think similar to Accenture, if you know who they are) working to consolidate approximately 73 websites into one website running on one CMS. Not quite the sexiest company, but the work sounds interesting, a bit challenging, and very rewarding in the long run. SO... I have 'til Thursday to think about things. The timing kinda sucks - I'm weeks away from receiving my annual bonus at AOL, so I'm wondering if the new company can do a signing bonus if they want me ASAP, since I'll be losing out on what I worked all year for.

Oh, I plan on it. It's a decent bonus, too, so I'm not about to ignore it altogether.

So the company dropped these little goodies off for us to enjoy..... while working. Left us some dark chocolate with nougat as well. Seriously, I love this place.
