Wiper Fluid Draining Out

I searched this forum but could not find an answer. I would like to get a starting point for diagnosis or an actual recommendation.

Problem: When I fill up the Washer Fluid Reservoir on my E70, it immediately drains out although I can not see the leak area. Is there some common resolution or diagnosis for this?

If not what should I do? Is there a good link to take the reservoir apart? Do I need to remove the tire and wheel well cover?

Thank you and apologies if this has been asked/answered elsewhere.

Eddy

I believe that the pumps pretty much hang from their adapter at the bottom of the tank. Yes, reservoir instructions are at www.NewTIS.info. Yes, as I recall wheel and the cover must be removed.

Mein Auto:
There was a problem with earlier models that the hose for the rear wiper would split. It runs on the inside of the car and flood the rear door well. Might be worth while inspecting.
