E30 (1982 - 1993)
God's Chariot. The E30 was produced primarily from 1982 through 1991. The cabriolet was the one exception which was produced through 1993.

I could use some sage advice here.
Hey, if you are still interested in the Classic Look of an E30 Convertible come down to Florida and I will sell you one real cheap!

Exclamation Need some help on my E30

My 88 is having a slight transmission issue. The front seal is leaking and I could use some help with finding a good transmission mechanic to fix it in the Cleveland area in Ohio, nothing past that don't want to drive it too far in its condition. A possible estimate on how much this might cost me would be great as well. If it is too much then as much as I hate saying it I would have to sell it.

Just finished registering and am anxious to join E30 forums as I have a question relating to where I can purchase a pair of good sun visors. Also, after shifting into 2d gear at about 2000RPM I'm noticing a vibration emanating from the driveshaft/tranny area.

Thanks for the tip. Having the drive shaft checked tomorrow. My guess is after the tranny work was completed the technician wasn't careful about replacing shaft thus messing with a bearing or such.
