Please help. My cic went crazy

I drove the car to work every day, cic works fine, it plays music, then i parked the car at home for 2 hours and decided to go out to get some gas. My cic just froze in "BMW" logo, it wont proceed any further. Now i have no sounds at all for my entertainment system, no FM, nothing. I disconnect the battery, it remains the same. Then i try to hold the volume knob for 30 secs, still same. Now my cic just stay in BMW logo and it will restart in 2-3 minutes. The strange thing is my Bluetooth and USB can connect to the car but BMW logo still there and there are no sounds. I also use esys code my VO back to 6NH, it doesnt work. (i changed VO from 6NH to 6NL 2 months ago).

i try to get answers from internet, but it doesnt help at all, i was hoping to flash cic, like reinstall the software. is it a good one to do? if so, how to do it.

PS My car is 2014 328xi with small 6.5 inch screen no NAV.

Thank you so much for helping me out.

To OP, this was a recall of head unit to fix this problem for 2012-2013 F30, 2014 should already have updated hardware. It is possible your head unit is fried. Is there any code thrown?
