Squeaking noise and grinding noise from front right wheel

Hi guys I bought a 2012 BMW X1 almost 2 weeks ago for the first couple of days everything was good later on front right wheel started to squeak a little and it just got louder and louder. It was squeaking whether I'm going slow or fast ( highway speed ) also the car was pulling to the right and later on when i started braking at low speed it started to make grinding noise. So I went back to the dealership and they told me to go to their mechanic. The mechanic told me the grinding noise was from the ball joints and squeaking was from the brake so apparently he fixed everything so for couple days the car was good and again the same problems accrued. The brakes and rotors are changed from the dealer but they are not OEM. If anyone has an idea what it might be please help ( i tired bouncing the suspension and bouncing the car around there was no noise coming from that)

He said he fixed ball joints from both side lower control arms, but just last week I went back to him told him the problem was still here, this time he changed the rotors and clip that's on the brake calipers

Update

but the strange thing it only grinds when I am lightly braking like coming up to a stop sign slowly. If I brake hard at speed it feels fine. It feels like screechy grinding noise

Maybe try to bed the brakes in? Accelerate to 60mph and stop hard, repeat several times

Squeaking noise and grinding noise from front right wheel

To bed the pads, Make a few stops from 40 slowing down to 5 mph, then increase to 50 to add some heat. Don't come to a full stop. Let the car then sit for up a few hours to really cool. Avoid sitting stopped with your feet on the brake pedal while they're heated up. Apply too much heat too soon and they'll glaze over.

Sounds like something else might be at play though. Sounds like you bought the car from some "Honest John's Used Cars." From your original message it sounds like you've got a stuck caliper, presumably from sitting on the lot for a while, which then caused other issues. Pads and rotors should be hanged together.
