Jerky 2nd to 3rd Gear

The automatic transmission feels a little bit jerky when going from 2nd to 3rd gear at around 2k RPM ( The feeling of releasing the clutch fast and not smooth) but higher than that it is smooth. All other gear changes feels smooth as a CVT. I have done the approach suggested for resetting the adaptation but it's not working. And I didnt find a credible source saying that the procedure is legit. Any thoughts on it?
( Im going to clean MAF sensor and maybe MAP sensor. Hope it's gonna work)

--Update--

MAF cleaner didn't solve the problem. At 2k RPM, from 2nd to 3rd gear, there is a slight kick.

More info needed. Current miles on your BMW. Last time transmission fluid was drained and refilled? Fault codes?

Change the fluid.

Really.

70k is, like, end of service for this. Didn't BMW change the spec from lifetime....to 100k mi...maybe less now?

[Here's one]
