Question need some help w/ diagnostic codes

i have these codes:

018 camshaft: exhaust

227 O2 bank 1 & 2
228 Control deviation

would appreciate any help re: parts #'s needed to be replaced

018 (P Code P1397) Exhaust Cam position sensor malfunction INTERNAL CHECK OF PHASE SHIFT FROM CAMSHAFT SENSOR - SHOULD CHANGE DURING EVERY CRANKSHAFT REVOLUTION. PHASE SHIFT OCCURS DUE TO 2:1 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CAMSHAFTS

227 (P0188) Fuel Trim (Bank 1) O2 control adaptation limit RANGE CONTROL OF ADAPTATION VALUES

228 (P0189) Fuel Trim (Bank 2) O2 control adaptation limit RANGE CONTROL OF ADAPTATION VALUES

Dead exhaust cam position sensor is common. Is the car out of warranty or something?

yup, just about to hit 60K;

so should i just initially replace just the position sensor? i'm not sure what i can do about the last 2 error codes

The mileage length of a warranty is not always firm. I had a valve tappet replaced under warrranty when I was 2,000 miles over the mileage on an Eclipse. Try talking to your service manager.
