Check Side Lights

Bimmers - My Angel Eye fell off while driving. After replacing the Angel Eye, BMW-63136905321, the indicator stayed on. I changed my bulbs on both Angel Eyes (turn signal bulbs) on my 2001 BMW 740iL e38, the check side light indicator continued to stay on. After taking a closer look, I noticed the original bulb was 1157NA. I replaced the bulb with 1157A. I ordered the 1157NAs from Amazon and replaced the bulbs again. The indicator has now turned off. So, the fact that I put the wrong bulb in is what caused the indicator to stay on even though the 1157A bulbs were working.
