Transfer Case

Hi,
I'm buying a 2014 x1 with 34,500 miles and in like new condition. I've read about some transfer case issues. Advice on what to look for? How wide spread is the issue?

Tire pressure : all tire pressure must be within 5% variations

Change four (or minimal two tires) at once

keep an eye on fluid leaks around the transfer case
