What's my car worth?

I have inherited a 1978 European 320. Would like to know its value. It was "retired" and "garaged" in the eighties and only recently removed from garage storage and now sitting in my driveway. it starts up immediately and runs smoothly although bushings or steering components "thump" occasionally when driving. It is a manual transmission/ The paint has blistered here and there. Air conditioning does not work for unknown reasons. Tires are new: special racing tires I purchased because standard tires were not available for my rims apparently and I needed to move the car from NYC to South Jersey, which I did by driving it once I had a mechanic check it out.

Ricaro (?) seats ; torn upholstery bench seat in rear. no radio.

Anyway, any thoughts? Should I restore it or sell it? How much?

Welcome to Bimmerfest!

Wow, that's quite a find/inheritance! Worth? Impossible to put a price on it without seeing it.

If you are truly interested in selling it or getting an appraisal, contact your local BMW CCA Chapter (even if you aren't a member). They'll be able to give you an honest appraisal and possibly buy it from you. The New York Chapter can be contacted through this page:
