Power output under different temperature for N55 335i

I'm curious to know if you guys are getting different behavior under cold(like around or below 32F or warm day). After I floored it at 200 water temperature and 40F outside temperature, I find the torque reading (sport mode display) little hesitated to go to the full 300 from 200, eventually it was there, but the last time I floored it the way it builds up torque was quicker and smoother.

Thoughts?
