7 Series - E65 / E66 (2002 - 2008)
Discussion of BMW's 4th generation E65/E66 7 Series flagship. The E65 generated much controversy, due to its radical styling and iDrive user difficulties. Nonetheless, the E65 broke records to become the best-selling 7-series iteration ever, especially after its 2005 facelift.

This pusher fan had never worked no matter how much I played with it. Since this pusher fan is not working. The Ac compressed r would not engage neither.

Hook up with oscillate-cope and set up the speed by inpa.

Switched it with the electric fan from 750. The fan from 750 worked and I can see the duty cycle of pwm signal is changing with inpa's setting.

The question is why this pusher fan not working?

Here is the clue. All contact are completely oxidized.

Unfortunately. It is only trying to start after cleaning all contacts but still not star.

Another thought is whether the 750 electric fan switch with 760 clutch fan+ pusher fan would be 100% equivalent? The connector is compatible and functional. But not sure the control of DEM .

Front Ac not working

Hello,

The front Ac was not in a condition that I can be certain. It was some kind of cooler from passenger vent than driver before but completely lost recently.

So I swap the IHKA from 750 but had not improved anything rather than ACU and circulation flap not set fault code that can not be cleared.

Also, Replaced the confirmed axucilary water pump is good. Confirmed the water valve is not good( may be hot water can not be blocked? )

Hook up the 750 electric fan onto 760 pusher fan connector and confirmed the Ac compressor is engaging by high / low pressure reading of 240/30 psi respectively.

But all front vents are hot. I really do not know what to do next other than taking the whole dash off to check the expansion valve.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thank
