Catalytic Converter

I'm replacing cat on my E53, code P1093, bank 1 too lean, what do you guys think?
Transmission Fail Safe, swap the TSU, still on. Thinking of replacing the filter on tranny, may be pressure lost? Reverse some times do not work after long period of riding.

You can replace the fluid see if that helps. By TSU do you mean TCM? If you did replace the TCM then I would code it. Also scan for codes, or even leaks as you may be low on transmission fluid. Maybe a solenoid is bad. I would definitely first scan and check for codes first.
