I want to steal a 2018 BMW X5M

Hi Folks,

I'm currently driving a 2015 Range Rover SC. It's creeping on 45,000 miles.
Thought maybe it was time to back to my X5 Heritage.

I know that 2018 X5M is the last year and they sunset this body. No 2019. 2020 Will be the next model.

I had a similar situation when I was buying an R8 in 2013 and I saved $40k off sticker buying new from the dealer.

When do you think the best time will be to negotiate insane, below cost prices on 2018 BMW X5M's?

Any thoughts? I can hang onto my current whip for as long as need be.

Also, I drive into the mountains a lot. What have you owners done for winter tires, etc. Or do you do a backup wheel/tire combo? thanks.

We moved from a ‘15 RRS-SC to an ‘18 F85 a few months back. There were plenty left on lots then with dealers already punching the warranties earlier so they could write them off and sell them cheaper but still as “new.” I’d guess at this point that inventory is starting to dwindle so you’re already mostly past the point of super low deals. Just watch out for when the warranty was punched when someone offers you a low deal - although if you’re leasing it won’t really matter to you.
