M54b25 block with m52b25 head?

I was wondering if I can use the m54b25 block with my m52b25 head? Also can I put the 3.0 stroker kit in the m54b25 block?

You can not swap heads between a M52 and a M54 block. People have looked in to putting a M54 head on their M52/M50 block while doing the M54b30 stroker and if I remember right the coolant passages do not line up.
As far as putting the crankshaft out of a M54b30 in a different M54 block there is no reason you can't do that. You would basically just be making a M54b30 yourself.

We got about ten minutes before this entire county is up in flames. If you want to live, youd better step on the gas! Oh wait is this a Tesla? Sh!t! Well, step on the prissy pedal, we're going to die! Cartman

It will but it is not a straight swap. Look into a S54 swap if you want to know how to do it. That is the popular version of the swap and swapping a M54 would be almost exactly the same. BMW actually put a S54 in the e36 chassis with the Z3 so you can use a lot of BMW parts for the swap. However I would not recommend going through all the effort and cost just to put a M54b30 in. There is a good reason S54 and M52/M50 3.0L strokers are popular and not M54b30 swaps.

Your M52 block. A M54 block would turn it into a M54 swap.

It is possible but you would need a S52 rotating assembly. You would basically just be replacing the block of a S52. To make the S52 in the first place BMW just hopped up a M52, so a M52 block is just a bore away from being a S52 block.

You would need the S52 rotating assembly to go to 3.2L and you would not need any M54b30 parts. A 3.2L M52 would be the same as a S52 with worse cams, so under 240 HP.

I don't know off the top of my head if the rods are different, but the S52 crank has a longer stroke. The longer stroke and bigger bore/pistons take the S52 to 3.2L over the M52b28's 2.8L.
