Is it still original AT fluid?

My E39 M54 5MT was [email protected] to another owner, it is now 200k with original engine, clutch, struts + springs, MT fluid and diff fluid, and many many more!

Oil changes as per the interval - roughly every 15k miles. As to the cooling system I only replaced the radiator on the E38 in 2008, expansion bottle on E39 and rad top hoses on both. Never touched water pumps nor thermostats. On both I replaced the belt tensioner pulley - and alternator bearings and brushes on the E39 a few years back. Also both got beisans system vanos seals. Suspension renewed once on both cars, together with steering tie rods etc.The only weak point on these cars is their tendency to rust.
What are the wearables? Wow still original water pumps and thermostats, that is impressive.

No. Since new, I had the ATF and diff fluid changed every 30k miles, and every other change I had the filter and gasket changed. When I hit around 180k I started changing every 50k miles. I follow Mike Miller's "lifetime maintenance schedule", he is the tech advisor for Roundel magazine, the official magazine of the BMWCCA. He originally said change ATF and diff fluid every 30k back in 2003, but then more recently changed his recommendation to 50k miles.
