F22 / F23 2 Series (2014 - Current)
The 2 Series coupe is the replacement for the E82/E88 1 series coupe. Production starts in November 2013 on the 228i (N20) and M235i (N55) coupes. Look for them in dealerships in February 2014. The convertible F23 2 series will follow in the fall of 2014.

18 x 8.5 wheels

Can I use 8.5" wide wheels on all 4 corners of the M240? I want to look at using some aftermarket wheels and they only come in 8.5 and 9.5 widths.
Can I use the 8.5 in the front?
Can I use the 9.5 in the rear?

I would hope that using these widths would male the stance a little wider in appearance, and not rub on anything.

What sizes are the factory wheels? I know the rears are 1/2 wider than the fronts with the staggered set up. The problem with 9.5 wheels at the back is they may hit some part of the suspension. Id measure the rear clearance with the car in the ground.

looked at the fitment guide you linked to, so many options! lol
Can you tell me what was your exact wheel size? Picking up a used 2016 tomorrow and like these wheels.

Thanks!

I don't know off hand what the offset is. All I know is the rears are 9.5 and the fronts are 8.5. They will know the correct offset to fit your car. And like what it says in the post, I had 265's on the back and 235's on the front

I recommend getting 265/35/18, no rubbing issues and with the wider tread, better traction and cornering. My daughter's 235i has 265's and I have 255's on my 235i. She gets better traction but I'm limited by the stock 8"width rim so I wouldn't be able to fit the 265.

265s sounds great, maybe for the next pair of tyres, running on some new pilotsports.
