Remote Software Upgrade Button - Missing

Since my Dealer was not able to help, I will try my lack here:

In the new G20 under "CAR" - "Settings" - "General Settings" - the "Remote Software Upgrade" does not exist in my car. The same is true for the Android App as well.

Can the dealer delete/omit this from the car or is it something else?

Is it possible this is an upgrade for "remote software" in your phone?

No, it is not shown in the app either.
I believe the app just mirrors the options/settings available in the car and since car does not 'have it' the app will not list it.

Pretty sure it is only shown if there is an update available and awaiting loading into the car.

Do you know there is an update available?

OE is Original Equipment aka 'BMW Original Parts' aka 'What you buy at the BMW dealer with a BMW label'

OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer... EITHER the company that made the OE part or.... A part this is identical to the OE part, but is sold by the OEM under their own label

OEM is not what BMW sells

Well I am on .39 and so many people have reported version .47 already.

But people have also reported that it is there to be able to check version etc.
I had to go through Bluetooth settings (??) to be able to see software version
