Strange Noise On Startup

Hey guys , recently iv been hearing this strange sound that is coming from the front of engine (right driver side) . It takes a few minutes before it goes away sometimes. It gets worse when i switch to "D" . Already changed steering pump and tensioner pulley but no luck i thought it disappeared but the next day it was there again.
I tried to make a short video (i suspect it is the water pump pulley )

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

What engine? 4.4 has timing chain problems that make a terrible noise.

Check the 4 bolts on the water pump pulley. One or two of them a little loose can make that noise.
