Running out of Gas. Meter doesn't move

I just replaced the fuel pump. Fuel level sender. I replaced the fuel filter & regulator. I also reset the instrument cluster several times. But I still seem to run out of gas when I think there's gas inside. I noticed when I fill the tank it will
Increase. But as I drive several
Miles the fuel level barely decrease and stays in one spot. I've noticed that the fuel system go hand in hand. Both levers have to go up or down in order for the meter to move. Can someone who may had resolved this issue help me please. I'm scared to drive the car not knowing how much gas I really have in the tank.

UPDATE ***

I've noticed when the tank gets close to the 1/4 mark my brake light comes on. I have new pads and rotors all around. I read some guy says that if a brake sensor is bad, that's the reason why I keep running out of gas on 1/4 tank. Wondering if that's true or if anyone can confirm that.

Check the connection of the siphon to the pump. It is a known weak point. Do a search on this forum or xoutpost and you will find plenty of info on the problem and a fix. Basically it's a poor design and when it fails the siphon won't get the last 1/4 tank of gas out because the siphon leaks.
