I found "ICM->3000 Daten, F8->Hc2_i_CPar_Aktiv_v_low" in bimmercode and adjusted it to 20kmh. I did not test it out yet. Hope this works! 35mph is way to high of a speed for this seeing most have this function even at a standstill.
