So i have a 2008 BMW x5 3.0si and the negative battery post cable broke on it and i have called so dealers and they have told me that theres a new part for the battery ground which I have part# 12427603567 and I have one of the 2 adaptor kit part#61129123571 and i was wondering if any knew where the little blue connector went for the adaptor kit wiring and if any one has done this as well.

The bigger plug goes into the fuse block on top of the positive terminal and

The other blue connection is the BSD cable which sends the data from the IBS to the ECU.
It has wiring coming from the Negative Terminal itself (IBS part of the Terminal..be gentle) to a small 2-wire plug. This goes up to the front of the car and will plug into an identical looking connector, that you will find if you follow the Negative Battery Terminal up...
