Panoramic sunroof Motor works won't move
I have a 2014 X1 S-Drive. The sunroof won't budge! I have tried every single things reset, battery disconnect and reconnected then reset, pulled motor to try to be able to manually move the sunshade and glass, tried to manually close the sunroof with the hex... nothing works because I can't make it budge. The glass is closed with the exception that the front is at a tilt. The sunshade is not moving, it is shut with the exception that it is open about 6 inches towards the rear. I am unable to move those as well. I'm assuming that it's stuck in the track? Please any help!
