1980 bmw 320
Looking for some insight. Currently looking at a 1980 320i euro model that was transported to the states last year. Has the euro bumpers, 6 cyl engine. Has surface rust on the sub frame and a lil rust on one of the window frame. Automatic no a/c. Has 55,000 miles on the car. Going for 5,300. Any good in this or should I stay away?

Welcome to Bimmerfest!
That's a little high for an auto with no A/C. Find out the condition of the timing belt (when last changed and mileage/time since) The timing belt is the Achilles Heel of the M20 engine.
