Diagnosing Evaporator core leak.

So my AC is leaking and getting almost empty faster every time.
Last time before I filled up I put some dye to find the leak.
It took about a week to get empty, and I can't fond traces of the dye anywhere in the engine compartment.

So i'm thinking it must be the evaporator core, but I can't figure out if there's a way or a place that I could search for dye traces before taking apart the dashboard.

So here are my questions.

1 Can you think of a way to look for dye traces or is there a way to figure if the leak is on the evaporator?

2 I need to take apart the dashboard to replace the evaporator right?

3 If I take apart the dashboard should I replace something else (like the blower) since I'll be working around there?.

Thanks!!

Leak from the evaporator core should dribble out the condensate drain under the car. iím not sure if the diet is water soluble that it will flow with the water but hopefully youíll get some amount of trees in that outlet

Thank you, I try last night doing that, and it seems to be some dye there, but not much.
I guess I'm just trying to delay the inevitable, but before taking all the dash apart, this is what I'll do.

I'm going to fill the system again, and use an electronic detector to sniff the drain, I'm almost certain about the outcome, but I just want to be 100% sure.

Should I replace the blower too?
(just to avoid having to take the dashboard apart again eventually)

I would maybe procure a blower that you can return if you don't use. (a method I use when repairing washing machine etc). Get the three parts it might be then return the unused
