Torn Right Front Outer Axlel Boot

Had my lower control arms replaced today and when I got the car back the tech noted that the right front outer axle boot is torn and leaking grease. I'm guessing it's not major since I asked if it needed anything else when I picked it up (He emailed the statement to me).

If anyone has had this issue let me know how soon I should have it replaced. Car isn't making any noises in the front end and runs normal which would lead me to believe there is enough grease in there.

Replace it as soon as you can. You only need to replace the rubber boot part and to put some new grease inside. Don't wait till it starts making noise because then you'll have to replace the whole cv axle which would be about $350 just for the parts. There are boot kits on fcp euro and other online stores.
