Hwy is measurement. But, yeah, below 80 is sign of bad thermostat.

Update: Guys, I took your advice, talked to the SA about my frustration, suggested a PUMA and sat back. He said that they could only do what the codes were suggesting. So I took the loaner and left. That was 2 weeks ago. SA calls yesterday and says they started a PUMA on the car as it's throwing codes all over the place. They've changed the particulate filter, 2 nOx sensors, one catalytic converter and are now checking the other one as it's still not happy.

I've gotta say I think the dealership is doing their part on this. And I also think I'll get rid of this X5 as soon as possible and get a gas E70.

Thanks for all the help and advice on this.
