Help needed .

Hi guys. I am new to this forum. Live in South Texas.
Looking at an X5 50i M sport from a dealer here.
The options are :
M sport
Mineral Metallic white plus Mocha Nappa
Driver Assistance plus
Executive package
Mocha Interior package
20 " M sport wheels

Dealer price $82794 ( build on BMW is 81745; I guess they charge the destination fees)
Was told if I buy this year, I can get it for $77530 ( all incentives included). Is this a good price ??.

1. I am deciding between buying vs leasing. They are offering me only MF 0.0017. Also texas has upfront tax on the whole amount so may choose owners choice.
2. What are most X 50i owners choosing buying or leasing, given long term reliability issues with the X 5.
3. Is there room for more negotiation or are Texas dealers trying to be difficult.

I wouldn't even think of paying any money factor increase. They tried that on our 750LI but all I did was tell them I wasn't paying it and they said okay and they decreased it.

Best story I've heard was yesterday at our local Mercedes dealership. I was quoted a lease rate and I asked what they were using as far as the money factor. Manager told me it was "illegal and a federal regulation to disclose this information". That didn't go over well at all.

Sounds like that "manager" is on the wrong side of the equation. Isn't it illegal for him to NOT reveal it.

Mein Auto: 2013 ... M3 on order!
I am trying to figure out an accurate invoice price for a 2016 40e in a hurry. Can someone confirm the markups for the base model & the options? I'm finding conflicting numbers between 7-9% throughout the forums.

Thanks in advance!
Chris
