Hi, i noticed this brown line on inside of my door that looks like a dirt but not going away easy. Do you know what it might be?

It's probably Cosmoline or some other corrosion inhibitor.

Yep, Cosmoline left over from shipping. You need hot, hot water (130+ F) to soften it up for removal.

Thank you for your answers, i got the car 3 years old so is it possible that this is there long time then? Besides hot water do i need some special soap, i am afraid to go harsh on it not to damage the paint. What is the easiest way?

There are some chemicals that will remove it & are paint-safe. Mineral spirits, diesel oil or kerosene are cheap, pretty effective and not too aggressive on painted surfaces. You could also try 3M general adhesive remover or an aerosol foaming engine cleaner. Good luck!

It would be better if you used a soapy cloth (car wash, dish soap) to wash everything off once you're done. That will get rid of any odor & you wouldn't have any worries.
