F87 M2 (2016 - current)
BMW will be unveiling the upcoming F87 M2 and this is the place to talk about it. Are you adding one of these to your garage?

Brand new m2c whining noise in low rpms

First time driving my new m2c, just 3 miles on it and notice this whining sound (turbos?) when coming down to a stop. Like turbos are audibly spinning down. (<2000rpm)
First thought this is a cool sound, kinda like a spaceship ***x1f615;
But the m2 i drove before in test drive definitely didn't have this noise.

Please,tell me this is normal as the car just rolled out of the factory, and that it disappears as its broken in??
2016 G11 M-Sport Torque Monster, singapore grey, shadowline, ivory white / black, black alcantara.

LOL, Its those huge plates they're calling Brakes. These Brakes are amazingly outsized in a good way. I'm so excited about this car.
