Goodby Old Friend / Hello New One

Going to have to say Goodby to a car I really got to love Our 2011 335d is/was an wonderful fun car to drive Classy looking drove great GOBS of torque great sound system fuel mileage was unbelievable even at 80 plus MPH . After about 4 months of trying to figure out the ( Rattling the heck out of the car on start up -Only the first start-up of the day -) BMW -NA has told the dealer to halt all work and is going to buy back the car . I think that is a stand-up move on there part and We have become a repeat customer already .We found a CPO 2016 340i MSport . We will see what the future holds . Didn't want to get a 2018 with the new g20 coming out . Time will tell if that was a smart thing to do or not . Lots of cool options on the 340i as did Our 335d . Going to miss that car

Hopefully you will happy with the new acquisition. Our F30 is my wife's daily driver, so I don't have much seat time in it. It's definitely different than my experience with the E30 & E46 3-series over decades of ownership - no E90 experience. Ours is the 328i xDrive, and when I can sneak it into sport mode it's a blast!

The 328d just didn't do anything for Me power wise . Now if BMW see's any success with the 540d they should put the same engine in the new g20 . Now that would get My attention .

Our 340i is rwd .
