Blind spot is horrible
Have owned a 2019 X2 for 6 months now and really like the car. My one major complaint is that the blind spots are horrible. I wish BMW would at least make a replacement mirror with the blind spot mirror. The stick on I added helps a little but not happy with. Anyone else find this a problem.

You gave no model number (an X2 what?)...so I had to keep clicking to find which model/engine that is sold in the US market. It is the US DOT (dept of transportation) that doesn't allow BMW AG to offer us the aspherical (wide angle) mirrors here. But you can simply input your BMW's data into one of the online part databases...but just select for Europe instead of the States...then go to vehicle trim and click on the diagrams for the exterior mirror glass. Once you have the 11 digit BMW part nbr...you can search for it online (ebay/amazon.com/etc)...or go to your local BMW dealership and give them the 11 digit number and have them order it for you. You will probably have to tell them that you got the number from the Euro side...because if they ask for your VIN to verify the part nbr...it won't come up. But soon as they enter the same data and change to the Euro side...they'll be able to verify the part nbr. Unless there's severe weather or international threats (like war)...it usually only takes about a week for stuff to get here from Europe. Click link for #1 (left side mirror) part nbr: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=51_8311 Click link for #2 (right side mirror) part nbr: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=51_8311 BTW, I've done this for my e34/e38/e39/e53/f06 BMWs. The oe wide angel mirrors are so much better. The attached pics are wide angle mirrors for my F06 that I purchased from a seller in Germany. ![]()

Went to deal. He was able to bring mirrors up on screen but told me that he can not order them for me. Second dealer I called later told me the same thing. Found on e-bay but only in blue tint. Guess I will live with my stick on blind spot mirrors.

Sorry to hear that your requests were turned down. Thanks for the update, though.
