Can't spin tires anymore... (Do Burnouts)

So I have a 2002 M3 (Manual) and when I first bought it 2 months ago, I was able to do burnouts in it by raising the RPMs to about 5,000 and dumping the clutch... Now when I dump the clutch, it spudders! Any ideas what it can be? Also when I'm driving, the car just shuts off when I'm doing about 20-40 mph. It happened to me 3 times already... Help please!
