Auto to manual

I did an auto to manual swap my car 2000 328ci ran perfect other tran bad transmission donor car 2002 325i. After the swap I now have a very bad shake at idle clutch releases or pressed even when you rev the engine. I reused the dmf but put a new luk 03-047 clutch kit for a 2002 325i it did not say it was self adjusting or for a dmf. All mounts are new pilot bearing is new miles on donor unknown. The flywheel is the same for the 2.5 and 2.8 but the Pressure plate is not the same. The shake is so bad I wont drive the car it's like something is not balanced right.
