Leather seat bolster repair M Roadster

I've gotta fix this on my drivers seat. I figured someone on the forum must have some experience either repairing this or replacing it. I'm just trying to get a guess of what to do and how much it's gonna cost. I've also got to fix the seat belt place holder above on the same seat so maybe repair both at the same time? Thanks in advance everyone.

There have been lots of posts here on the topic. Have you tried using the "Search This Forum" button near the top right of the forum page?

You can maybe have it repaired locally, you can have the entire seat re-covered (see Leatherseats.com), you can buy neoprene slip covers (see Wet Okole). It depends on your budget and expected results.
