Well, welcome to the forum. You did just fine, as you posted in the correction section

Why do you need to "adjust wastegate" ? Is there an issue you are experiencing that leads you to believe that you need your turbo's wastegate adjusted ?

I am also wondering why you are looking to do this. Typically when the waste gate is rattling, which has been know to happen on high mileage turbos, it means the bearing that is holding it is worn out and loose and needs to be repaired/rebuilt. Typically people just remove and replace the whole turbo assembly with a rebuilt unit from what I have seen. I have never had this issue myself.

You got me curious and it seems you can also get a brand new Mitsubishi N20 turbo aftermarket for about half of what the oem costs if that helps.
