return lease with splitter screw holes under bumper and ceramic coat hot spots

im returning my f32 in a couple weeks and i used to have a front splitter and i hate it installed with screws to secure it, and i asked the body shop if i should be worried about the old screw holes at the bottom of my front bumper where the splitter used to be and the guy said they dont check underneath during lease returns, so it got my thinking, are the holes under the bumper ok? or should i put some black caps in them to cover it up or something? idk really what else i could do, was thinking like maybe some filler to fill it and then atleast there wont be a hole?

secondly i have some ceramic coating hot spots from when i did the ceramic coating in a non well lit garage, they can only be seen when the car is fully clean, so i assume just return it dirty to them? or will they not care regardless

i had my pre inspection done by auto vin and the guy didnt notice them and didnt really seem to care about anything on my car, he was a super chill dude.

thx!

I would just screw back the screws used for the splitter, that way it won’t stand out that something used to be there.

It depends. How many miles on the car? If it is high mileage, it will likely go to auction, so they may not care. If it's low mileage and the dealer will want to sell it as a CPO, you might get charged. Your lease end kit will contain a ding-o-meter and information on what is potentially chargeable, and what those charges can be. I suspect they will fall under the cap in your excess wear coverage and you should be okay. But I would double check.h

I also won't be buying the vehicle back or leasing another one. I just going to drop it off. It has currently 55,000 km on it so not sure if thats high or low,

Do they even look underneath tho?
