It depends... Is that with Corp Fleet (or AARP)? If it is, then it's not a great deal. I got more off a less expensive 440xi, due to some special trunk $ + AARP.

But if that is with no incentives, then yes a good deal.

$6k off with no incentives is a really good deal. I agree with the others, take it.

Just make sure MF is base. This month = .00150

I think leasing an M3 at almost $1200 per month is insane. Just buy the car.

OR buy a CPO'd car...agree, that is nuts for a lease. Might be a good deal in the current environment (meaning Mf and Res w/o no more MSDs) but one should pass on this environment imho.

What's causing the payment to be higher than usual is the upfront sales tax. If you're living in a monthly use tax, it's not fair to say "that's nuts" or "that's insane". That skews the payment at least $100/month.

Perhaps. And I do realize that F80s never leased that well but paying $42,000+ to drive one for three years, sounds, well, crazy.

They used to lease reeeeally well in 15 and 16 with residuals in the mid 60%'s.

But, hey, after spending that on a car, there's a clean break and no worries about a trade-in.

That's a ton of cash outlay for a lease even for a high MSRP F80... I feel like one should be buying and not leasing this car, kind of like the M2. Id have to think that the value a 3 year old one would beat the residual, then again YMMV.
