Tire pressure monitor

The tire pressure monitor light keeps coming on in my 2007 3.0 Z4. I keep trying to reset it, but nothing works. I checked the pressure in all four tires. All OK. What am I doing wrong?

1. Drive a few miles and if you are sure that the pressures are OK, the system may reset itself.

2. One (or more) of your valve stem sensors have gone bad.

The valve stem pressure sensors are battery powered and, as mentioned, after 12-13 years the battery in one or more has possibly died. The batteries cannot be replaced so the valve has to be replaced - replace all four as the others will fail soon.

You are 100% correct. My tire guy concluded the same thing you concluded. Maybe you should go into the business.
Thanks.
