About to order 2019...

About to put an order in for a 2019 Z4 - Misano Blue, Cognac Vernasca, High Gloss Black trim, 798M Wheels, M Sport, Exec, Premium, extended shadow line and heated steering wheel. Haven’t pulled trigger yet, but getting close.

So, first off, when do we get a forum for this new model?? I love the help on this board and miss the convo and advice. That said, any advice on this build?

Will be selling my 2005 Boxster S. With 60 approaching, decided I want something a bit more comfortable and fun. My 6’2” frame fits great in the new model with room to spare.

Any thoughts???

There’s a G29 forum on bimmerpost. This site hasn’t added the new model yet.

Maybe because the 2019 z4 is not really a full German car

Good choice, it's a great car and indeed more comfortable than a boxster. I have more clients switching from Porsche to BWM because they think the Boxster is to noisy and not comfortable enough. Hope to see some pictures soon!

I could not agree more! I’ve put 2,500 miles on it the first 6 weeks and love every minute. I just haven’t taken much in the way of pics yet. And as a bonus, I got 44 miles to the gallon on a recent 200 mile road trip! Who would’ve thought this was an economy car. G

Great color. I haven´t seen this color in The Netherlands yet! I drive a lot of BMW's for my job and must say the MPG isn't bad at all. If you need custom luggage for your Z4 check my site Roadsterbag.com. The new Z4 set has just been introduced! And as some people say it looks to much Japanese....I think we just have to get used to this model too. At first most people hated the Z4 E85....overhere prices are steady or growing because of the high demand!

I just wish I shouldn’t have to see any of this rice-burner bred monstrosity in the E89 discussion threads...
