Cylinder 5 and 6 Misfire!!!

So I was driving yesterday everything fine keep in mind. park o go into a store come out start my car and my car starts to shake like crazy. I knew right away it was at least a misfire. Managed to limp to the nearest Autozone to get the check engine light read(Which just came on as the car started to shake). The codes in order were P0306, P0102, P0305, P0300, and P0306 again. I've changed the spark plugs as well as the ignition coils and i'm still having the same problem. I know there is many different things that could cause this but It just happened out of nowhere with no warning. Anyone out there have any idea what could be happening. Also cleaned the MAF sensor to see if that would help the P0102 code but no change.
