2014 328d problem
I purchased my 2014 328d with 34,000 miles about a month ago from my local BMW dealer in New York. Since I purchased the car I've experienced a shudder or slipping upon accelerating from a stop either turning or going uphill. I brought the car back to the dealer and they are attributing the problem to a clogged DPF. They want to clean the DPF and flush the DEF fluid. When I purchased the car they included a free 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty. They have said they will not cover this issue and want $966 for the repair. My question is would a clogged DPF cause this problem upon accelerating? Could a DPF filter really be clogged with such low mileage? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
